Bad management. Not honest. Although we booked 2 days before arriving, they told us after waiting 2 hours that there were no empty rooms and we are very sorry for this mistake. what we can do by sorry. This is their problem, and they must solve it. it is a bad hotel and very bad management staff. I asked the booking application/administration to collect our rights. This gives us a bad impression about not only the hotel itself but also the booking website/application. Please take a decision towards this bad hotel and bring our rights.

Very nice view from the window and friendly hosts, they helped with all questions and checked in very quickly!

The key wasn't ready at the check-in time. We called the owner many times, but we had to wait about an hour at the lobby to wait the key. Then the woman, not the owner, came to the lobby and took us to the room, but no apologies and she didn't speak English. Unprofessional
