Spacious 3 Bedroom Home with Garden in Farnham

Great, clean in convenient location

It was very clean and convenient location

The property was clean and well presented. The house has been newly refurbished. The beds were very comfortable and had clean sheets. Fresh towels were folded on the beds with small shower gels placed on top of the towels like 5 star hotels.

Parking was not great with a lot of cars parked on the road however we always had spot next to house when returning to the property.

it is less than 15 mins drive to Islamabad Tilford which we were visiting. The place is very clean and directions to the property were good and easy to find.

There was no porch light so hard to see in the dark to locate key box and the door. it would be nice if the hosts provided some water and snacks. We arrived late at night and it was difficult to not have anything. Bathroom is dated especially the separate hot and cold taps on the sync and toilet flush is hard to use. Heating system is confusing. Even after we lowered the heat, the bedroom was quite hot.

The house was clean, bedding and towels clean and fresh. All home comforts provided and we especially appreciated having the barbecue and outside seating.

The toilet failed on first flush!. We made a temporary repair (which had been done before by soneone) but the whole mechanism needs replacing! First impressions, as you enter through the back door were poir due to lack of maintenance on the garden and it being quite overgrown, we did some weeding! None of the back outside lights worked? The front door is covered in cobwebs and the front path has not been brushed for a very long time!
