The apartment is contaminated with “pink mold”. It smells like a humid basement/ subway. I reported the problem to the staff with an urgent request to provide me with an alternative accommodation. The response was that they will visit for an inspection and will offer a solution. When I came back in the evening I saw that their “solution” was putting 2 aroma diffusers in the room. This was very disappointing and irresponsible. This contamination can have an impact on human health (especially people with asthma, allergies and weakened immune system) and needs to be taken seriously. In addition, the hot water was not sufficient for 2 people to take a shower. After 5 min the water already became lukewarm. The room is full of insects including mosquitoes (even when all the doors and windows are closed).

Neighbourghood a little bit noisy. Drilling at 11 PM. Noisy neighbouts, the balcony is common in the yard devided with walls. But it is not the fault of the apartmant.

BGExtremely kind and helpful staff! The apartment is small and cozy, but it has everything one may need, even for a week-long stay. It is the perfect place, location-wise, as it is situated at 2 mins from everything. Convenient grocery shops are just across the street and the ferry 5 mins away. It is perfect!

BEDe locatie was voor ons ideaal. Het ligt net buiten het drukke centrumgedeelte van Valetta, dichtbij het water. Wij hebben alles te voet verkend, er was de nodige rust en toch dichtbij de bars en de restaurants. Een aanrader. Een tip, je moet wel goed te been zijn, want er zijn veel trappen en hellingen in Valetta.
Bij aankomst rook het er muf en vochtig. We weten niet of het komt door de regen die was gevallen of dat het er altijd zo is. Voor de rest was het een goed verblijf.

AULovely neighbourhood, quiet, friendly. Very clean. Facilities were very comfortable, met expectations. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. Only a ten minute walk to everything else, including ferry to Sliema. Excellent WiFi! Response to question about washing machine function prompt and helpful. Fabulous shuttle service to and from airport.
The hills! It's always up to go anywhere. Only three coffee pods for a nine-day stay 😕 An extra bath towel would have been nice.

The check in process was messy. The Google link to the address was not precise enough, which lead to having to wait for someone to come and help me for an hour and some misunderstanding which could be avoided if a few more precise instructions were given as to the location of the property. However the problem was simple to solve and it remains a pleasant stay that I would recommend or even stay again.
