It was well laid out and had plenty of room.

Well equipped, clean modern flat within 15 mins flat walk of the centre of Parma great communication with host. some great deli shopping nearby.

The building is on a main road but no issues really

Check in and out was smooth flow.

The shower was clogged. There were stains on the toilet and bidet. We had to unclog the shower clogged with disgusting stuff. We had no choice but to clean the toilet and bathroom ourselves before use.

The apartment is nice, quiet, clean, located on the ground floor of a modern building. The entrance is a little bit hidden, but you will find it just opposite the fountain in the middle of the roundabout. You will get in through the codes given by the host Paolo who is very nice and helpful. The location is good, it´s a 20-minute walk to the cathedral of Parma. The free parking is possible 300 m from the apartment.

Everything was excellent

Location was good. The apt was spacious and quiet.

Parking instructions were unclear, consequently we got a parking ticket. There was a distance from the free parking, once we found it after the ticket, to the apartment. The kitchen lacked some basic items, wine glasses, a toaster, measuring spoons and cups. The only coffee maker was for espresso coffee using mini pods for coffee. We’re not keen on ingesting an extra dose of plastics. The only way to communicate with our host was via whats app. He sounded exasperated and frustrated by my queries. We never met.

I came here for a Congress in a centre nearby, therefore the location was perfect. The place was nice and clean, very good communication with the host should be also mentioned

Nothing to be mentioned

I had a wonderful experience at Residenza il Principe. The property is newly decorated, spotless and equipped with everything needed. Very quiet (my boyfriend has sleeping issues and he slept peacefully during pur stay here). Last but not least the location is a stone throw from Parma city centre. For whom is coming by car there is a little parking in the road on the left and side of the building or a quite big one a little further on the back both free of charge. Paolo is kind, helpful and very discreet. Overall I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Highly recommended.
