Lovely Private 2 Bedroom Suite near EWR/NYC

You got what you pay for Shower pressure was great.

When I initially got there I was having issues getting into the place when I finally got in I noticed that it's a basement. With two bedrooms a kitchen and one bathroom. You can tell they use it as a storage space for kids toys and other things. One of the pull out bed in the living room slash bedroom had lumps and bumps very uncomfortable to sleep on The door leading to their part of their house has coats and shoes up there so you know this used as entrance and exit as well. NO circulating air really. I was unable to sit there for long periods of time and had to go outside to my car for air. There was heat. Did not like that they are upstairs you can hear them walking around. The rules were not to smoke in the house and we were honored that we went outside our "Private entrance" and then got accused of doing so and telling us to adhere to policy. So when I asked the question do you mean the entire property because we are outside. Then I get a text the cops are outside. What? I promise you we were not doing anything illegal. But this border harassment I felt. When we leave it says to check out. I got this message from the owner of checking out. On the website it didn't say before you leave stripped the beds. I understand cleaning up after myself but however I am not cleaning your place for the next person to come in. The picture and description of this place is VERY misleading. They need to tell people it's a BASEMENT!

It is a basement of the house. You can hear home owners walking around,their music, and even you can smell what they eat.Rooms are clean, but the smell of the basement was not good. Quite hours 11 pm to 7 am, but the home owner needs to obey first.

It’s someone’s basement, got waken up by the steps upstairs.

The location of the Airbnb was excellent — close to everything we needed and in a very convenient area. Communication with the host was also great; they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

The apartment had clean sheets and was generally tidy, which we appreciated. However, the only downside was an unpleasant smell in the rooms, which seemed like cat poop. It was noticeable despite the clean linens. With a bit of attention to this issue, the place would be much more comfortable.

The location was great for the lunch I didn’t receive the breakfast but i had all to cook something
