Everything was perfect. We loved the flat. The owners are amazing and have impeccable taste. Bedding is very good quality and shower great pressure. Thankyou so much for our stay , we loved it.

"Clean and tidy character apartment very close to the town centre."

Very well located near the town centre and the beach. Character building. Clean and tidy. Modern facilities.

Two levels (41 steps) up to the apartment which could be a challenge for some people. No clothes washing machine and dryer. No on-site parking but nearby paid parking is available nearby. No outside rubbish disposal available for longer stay occupancy.

Beautifully designed, modern and very comfortable place to stay. Really enjoyed having the apartment, was so much better than a hotel (which I have normally stayed at). Owners had an issue with the cleaner not attending but they contacted me and kept me informed whilst they ran around getting the apartment ready for us as soon as possible. The communication was great. Was with friends so was not a problem for us.

Just a couple of small things missed, hardly any toilet roll and shower gel needed filling up but was not a big deal as was able to refill it and buy toilet roll from the local shop. Can’t think of anything else as apartment was superb.

Pretty much everything. Nice clean flat in excellent location and with sea view.

Convenient location in the centre of Ventnor, bright apartment, responsive owners.

Minor issues that were resolved quickly: No hairdryer No hot water one morning Shower gel was low and bottle broken
