Nothing not to like

The place was not cleaned at all, it seems like someone just sweeped up and left it at that. On top of the empty wrappers and food items we found, it's definitely not a family friendly place with wires all over the place and an OPEN space under the oven?? My son could practically fit into it! There was a metal chair which was broken and could easily rip into skin, and nails sticking out of cabinets which again could be so dangerous for a child

The host was very responsive. Good shower. Kitchen was basic but had everything we needed for a short stay. Nice welcome pack of coffee, biscuits and Weetabix. Roadside parking was easy.

A minor thing, but the kitchen would benefit from more forks.

Accessing the apartment was easy, and we were able to park outside. It was a 20-minute flat walk into the centre so we left the car. Spotlessly clean. The complimentary coffee/tea/sugar and milk was a life saver when we arrived. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower was great. The location was excellent. An easy walk to the Cathedral, the Herbert museum, and the shops - with plenty of eating options. Sainsbury's is just down the road, too.

We didn't "not like" anything, but thought with a few extea things, this apartment would have been a 10. The sofa in the pictures is in one of the bedrooms, so there is no real living area to socialise in. No bedside table with a lamp - I had to get out of bed to put a light on. It sounds petty, but in a strange room layout a lamp would be nice. It would have been nice to read in bed and fall asleep instead of having to get out of bed. TV in each room but only one worked - not an issue for me because I took a book. Overall, this apartment was good enough for a couple of nights.

The beds were comfortable and the property was clean, money has been spent but it lacked some of the finishing touches.

I gave my arrival time, which was between 16:00 - 17:00, I had to call the property at 17:00 as no one was there and no instructions had been provided to obtain the keys or access. Sonya arrived to hand over the keys a little past 17:00. The property was clean and obviously money has been spent making this property look nice but it does lack some of the finishing touches. All of the front windows had been left open and the heating wasn't on, so it took a while for the heating to work and heat up the property. I couldn't get either of the TV's to work and there didn't seem to be any instructions for anything. The breakfast (picture shared in my review) wasn't much and not enough for 2 people, so worth noting and bringing your own or going out. The neighbours were very noisy from midnight onwards so we didn't sleep at all after this time. I won't be making another booking at this property.

It’s was clean and also quite place, near to city centre walking 15 minutes.
