"Our only problem was Booking.Com car hire"

We hade stayed in the property before so it suited our requirements Clean roomy and a good location.

It needs updating, new furniture or paint the o;ld broiwn furniture. Lighting and cables, Heath Robinson, could be unsafe. No starter pack, toilet paper and soap and shampoo inplace.

früherer Check-In war auf Nachfrage möglich super Ausblicke in fast alle Richtungen, insbesondere auf's Meer Supermarkt in fünf Minuten zu Fuß durch die parkähnliche Anlage des Komplexes erreichbar großer Balkon Matratzen waren angenehm Reaktion/Antwort auf Anmerkungen schnell es gibt eine Stereoanlage

Kristina (übergibt die Schlüssel) spricht aber wenig englisch Mobiliar ist mindestens so alt, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen Sofa sind durchgesessen und teilweise kaputt Geschirr großzügig vorhanden, aber fast alle Teller sind angeschlagen Beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten im Wohnraum und am Esstisch: nur wenig Lampen verfügbar, auch im Bad Putzleistung stark verbesserungsfähig, insbesondere in der Küche Laminat/Parkett im Flur lose (Stolperfalle) Türrahmen im Wannenbad faulig und vom Wasser aufgequollen WiFi ist mittelschnell, aber ausreichend sehr alte Magazine, Bücher, bröselnde DVD-Hüllen in den Schränken Fazit: Appartment könnte durchaus mal eine Überarbeitung/Renovierung vertragen Parken für große Motorräder nur sehr eingeschränkt möglich. PKW-Plätze dürfen angeblich nicht benutzt werden, sagt die Haus-Verwaltung. Vom Vermieter kamen hierzu keine brauchbaren Alternativ-Vorschläge. Verfügbare Plätze in der Nachbarschaft waren komplett belegt.

Perfect Location, close to city centre. The apartment was spacious and bright. It catered for all our needs. Our host Kristina was very helpful and friendly.
