Beautiful 4 Double Bedroom House in Poole with Hot tub, near Sandbanks

The house was perfect for us, seven adults and a dog, the living area was super comfortable and nicely decorated, with all the kitchen utensils that we need for cooking and BQ, and the bedrooms had comfortable beds with comfy bed linen and very nice furniture, The hot tube was a treat, it was warm and the smell of the jasmine flowers in the evening was amazing. And we had good communication with Linzi and Garry before and during our stay.

The house is beautifully presented with a lovely Garden and hot tub. it’s full of everything you could possibly need for a break away and is a home away from home. The owners were really helpful with any questions we had and the host even left us some essentials and some beautiful flowers for when we first checked in which was a lovely touch.

it was very homely

We stayed as a group of three couples, two toddlers and two dogs and there was plenty of space with three double bedrooms, two en-suites and a bathroom, along with a play room which had been set up with bunk beds. We were met by Vicki on the hosts behalf, who was super friendly and helpful. Communication was great, nothing was too much trouble. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. the beds were comfy and it was quirky with some nice touches (lovely candles dotted around, books to read etc.) It was very homely, we felt comfortable straight away. Parking was good, two cars could park comfortably on the driveway. There was plenty of street parking available too. We went in the winter, I can imagine the bifold doors would be great in the summer. There is a nice garden with a bbq, seating area and parasol. We will have to come back in the summer to test these out! Great location, in between Poole and Bournemouth so there’s plenty to do nearby. There is also a lovely pub a few minutes walk away, and a local high street with a large Waitrose which also has a car park. Overall, a great stay and great value for money- thank you!

A masher and a microwave would be useful additions to the kitchen. Maybe some bathroom toiletries too but it’s not the end of the world.

Linzi and Gary were very helpful, communication from the moment I booked was great. They were away when we arrived and arranged for Vicki to meet us / She was very patient, allowed us to arrive early. The house is spacious, open plan which was great for our family Christmas stay. Quirky decor which we liked. There are great facilities nearby, places to eat and parks and of course the sea.!

Location was not quite as close to Sandbanks as expected, rather misleading! Would have appreciated a microwave at the property. TV was complicated and did not allow us to watch anything live, which at Christmas was a little frustrating. Downstairs shower was not functioning and we were only warned about this on arrival.

When we arrived at the property the first thing we all noticed was how well presented and stunning it was from the outside..when we entered it was so clean and warming instantatly felt like a home from home...we received a lovely welcome hamper with fresh coffee, biscuits ,orange juice ,milk and fresh flowers.such a lovely gesture.. all beds were clean tidy and very comfortable. In every bathroom had nice shower gel and hand wash candles. Property had plenty of towels extra pillows and blankets.

There was nothing bad at all.only that we couldn't stay forever.

Great location on a quiet street, with a high street and a large Waitrose nearby. Parking is easy House was lovely, well equipped and super clean

Lovely kitchen/diner. Best feature.

Not 4 double bedrooms. Only 3 and a very hard sofa bed for one. No wardrobes. No rubbish bins. No toilet paper. No shade or parasol until our last day. No microwave. Dirty fridge. Tv didn’t work. Top shower in bath not working. Windows in front bedroom don’t fasten.
