Newly Renovated 3BR Modern Apt in Heart of Ocean Beach

Loved the downstairs location. And the place was extremely clean and cozy. 5 minute walk to the beach and several restaurants within the same distance. Very dog friendly environment, I’ve have never seen so many dogs before. A short drive to the SD Zoo and less than 10 minute drive to Sea world and 6 minutes from Belmont Park.

The location is loud at times, especially with the airport, the jets are extremely loud, but it does quiet down around 10:00 at night. Bring a noise machine.

Excellent location, walking distance to the beach but quiet enough at night. Perfect for a family. Came with everything - coffee, creamer, ice, cooking utensils, water filter, spices. Beach toys for kids Washer and dryer Shampoo Very clean Lots of space for people to sleep Good communication and instructions

Parking is tricky especially if your car is on the bigger side

Great location. Easy drive to Sea World, Old Town, and Little Italy. Great pizza one block away. Beds are comfy, kitchen has everything you need, and living space was bigger than expected. Our family of seven was very comfortable.

Parking is challenging if you drive a large SUV or truck.

The house is really very nice and cosy, in a great location and has everything you need for a relaxing stay even if you are with friends. If I return to San Diego, I will definitely know where to go.

The only drawback, which however did not cause us any major problems, is that there were five of us and one bathroom is a bit inconvenient.

Perfect location, bright and airy, lots of windows, dog friendly. The owner was responsive and friendly. Super easy check in and check out. Just leave it how you found it!

Kitchen had cooking utensils and pans as needed for making breakfast. Laundry facilities not located in the apartment but detergent provided.

This location is not safe for kids! There were homeless going through the trash at night. We were woken up many times by extremely loud people hollering outside. In the last night all we could hear was the apartment above us stomping and playing a drum. You can’t walk to the beach after about 4 because the crowd is not safe, drugs and homeless everywhere. Garage too small for rental vehicle. We expressed safety concern to the owners asking to relocate after night 1 and were told it was safe. They then failed to communicate. The lifeguards and police on the beach told us not to be down there at night for safety reasons. Bring your own shampoo and soap. The provided supply was super cheap and terrible. No hand soap provided in bathrooms, bring your own!
