La struttura si trova su strada abbastanza trafficata e a pochi metri dalla ferrovia, per cui è necessario tenere le finestre chiuse per attenuare il rumore. Purtroppo c'era odore di chiuso.

Riccardo was friendly and helpful. The apartment was well situated - 2 min to the train station (they don't run at night), 10 to the center, 20 to the bus station. Apartment was clean, kitchen facilities were good including staples such as salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Road could be noisy at times, but not the fault of the apartment!

Casa Roca is newly renovated and very thoughtfully arranged. It has everything necessary for a comfortable stay for a couple of nights. The appartment is close to the historical center of Modica and it has convenient free parking nearby. There are supermarket and cafes nearby.

We were there in the beginning of April and there was a smell of moisture in the appartment. There also is a little bit of noise from the street in the morning from cars and trains passing. During the night it's ok.

This spacious apartment is clean, has comfortable beds and everything you need and is well located. In March there was a humidity smell but it was really raining at that period. Im would assume its much better with good weather. The host was really nice

A short walk from the train station. Very beautiful and clean apartment with good facilities. The apartment had external lightings for the apartment which made it look nice and safe. Owner was very welcoming. The apartment gets the morning sun and is very bright during the day.

Had informed the owner of a need to provide kettle.

Our stay was perfect - contact with the host, location, standard, design, facilities and cleanliness. One of the very few stays which were perfect.
