Staff, breakfast. Lobby. Ice machine was clean.

Tub was dirty, shower curtain was ripped, toilet was not seated properly so it wobbled.

I reserved a room for 2 days and extended it an additional day, while my wife was undressed fresh out of the shower, another family entered the room needless to say she was very upset. The receptionist apologized for the mistake but the embarrassment was remedied by an apology.

Location

Ridiculous when they told me I could not use my Apple Mastercard for deposit…. I understand no apply pay, Cash App etc but my Apple credit card isn’t the same thing….. than it was a problem with a PayPal credit card…. Stupid thing to deal with at 10pm after driving all night!!!!! Room smelled …. Bed was far from comfortable but the location was perfect
