The check in process with a car was complicated, I had to watch the video multiple times to understand what to do. The bed is a sofa bed, I think for the price it should be a real, comfortable bed. It's the latest check in I've had in Italy at 4pm, I would appreciate an earlier check in.
INThe apartment is exceptional. The modern kitchen, complete with all appliances, made cooking a pleasure. The provided cleaning supplies were a thoughtful touch. We appreciated being able to unwind with a Netflix movie after a day of exploring. Parking was secure and convenient, providing peace of mind. We used washing machine and they had kept very good washing pods. The location was perfect for exploring top attractions on foot, and we felt safe at all times. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
