Location next to the sea! Merche is good and kind person. I like her too much. Very clean and comfortable and cosy space like at home. She helped me with my issues. I was very satisfied to stay there! It is my place;)

If you wanna walk around the center of Valencia this is far from there. 5 min by taxi to the train station and about 50 min by train. It depends on your plans. In a fact I like everything.

Amazing views, peaceful and extremely relaxing. The place was very clean very much above the average. Outstanding host, went above and beyond trying to make sure I had a great experience.

Beautiful direct view to the sea from the 7th floor . You can have your breakfast while the waves are playing with the sounds of the sea. The beach is very close to the flat. The owner is kind and he let us stay a little bit longer because we were very tired. The price prmomotional was acceptable. There were two bathrooms. The swimming pool was clean et super. Thank you for all of them. WE will return there....waiting for the next summer promotion; ;)

I was living my best beach life! This is a really nice apartment. It is right on the beach and the terrace the perfect place to relax and think about things or get some work done (the WIFI was great). The host was full of tips, jokes and information she even has binoculars so you can people watch down below! The apartment was extremely clean the whole time I was there. The bedroom was also very nice, the bed was one of the coziest in Spain. It’s such a cute little vacation town I hope to go again one day!

A very comfortable and happy place. It is perfect for solo travelers like digital nomads or when ur working from home. I could easily imagine staying in there for over longer periods. The hosts are super friendly and are ready to help with everything. I definitely recommend staying here.
