"Over Marketed"

Car parking

Located in steep valley, surrounded by social housing (4 storey flats)/ Bedrooms we're only 185 cm wide. single should be 210 cm wide. Every thing adequate, bathroom sink sink plus not working. Fridge door missing shelves, needs replacing as cracked lower tray. Too expensive for facilities.

"Ok a little expensive for area .. still a fair walk to harbour wall ."

Clean , comfortable beds , nice touch biscuits and crisp and milk left in apartment.

Uncomfortable sofa , no big saucepans , table and bench not that comfortable, Heating hard to control.
