My family was brought in to celebrate our dad's birthday. Location was important to me because we live in Valrico and driving between houses, time and money. House was very clean, open spaces, and the heated pool was great. Our little ones along with a few daring adults enjoyed the cleanliness and temperature of the pool. The house had everything to keep you entertained. Heated Pool, everything for the pool, Badminton equipment and net was already set up, TV's, access to the Valrico Lake. All of my guest commented how great their shower was. Sandy and Jeff were extremely responsive to all of our needs when we had questions and when we ran out of certain supplies. All it takes is a phone call.

No end tables or TV trays. No place to put snacks down while watching tv in the living room. Slamming of the front door.

The house was much cuter than I had expected and sparkling clean. The pool and backyard were so nice, I wish I had more time to just lounge out there. I think I could make a trip to just hang out in this house alone. The hosts very thoughtful have it packed with pool towels, floats, toys, board, kitchen essentials, and I’m sure more.

Only downside is no pool bathroom. The bunk bed room with the extra twin bed is also on the opposite side of the house with no bathroom. However, these things weren’t a big deal to us.
