Casa DAURA - Your comfortable apartment in Bologna

Joli appartement situé à une quinzaine de minutes du centre de Bologne. Tout le nécessaire était prévu dans l’appartement. La climatisation et le parking sont de véritables atouts. Domenico est très sympathique, disponible et intarissable sur Bologne! Nous avons testé les adresses conseillées par Domenico : c’était parfait!

We met the owner. He was very friendly and helpful and showed us how everything worked in the apartment and where to find stuff. Everything was nice and clean and the apartment was well equipped. The airconditioner was a very welcome bonus. The bus stop was just a short distance away. We enjoyed our stay!

The time we were there was the super high season due to a special event. Therefore, the whole town is extremely expensive in terms of accommodation But some how I just could not justify the amount paid vs. the type of the accommodation.

It was clean

Booked for 3 persons but only one bed was ready. We had wait for the preparation. The appartment was very loud. In the night, traffic was horrible. In the morning a dog was barking all the time. The bed was not confortable, it was making a weird sound. For one night stay it was so expensive. I would not recommend it

Perfect stay in Bologna! Domenico was such a great and friendly host who was always available, and the apartment had everything we needed including convenient protected parking (for a fee). There are some great restaurants nearby as well and easy to get around in Bologna. The apartment was perfectly cleaned and very well maintained. We are looking forward to coming back!

If you are sensitive to sound I would advise you to bring earplugs as the walls are quite thin and the neighbors upstairs could be heard from time to time :)

It was a bit of a puzzle to find the address while driving and where to stop to load everything out of the car. But the amenities were great. I noticed little changes they made after reviews on booking (like a kettle) so that was really nice to see. The hosts were kind and the tip for the salumeria further up the road was amazing! It's a short walk to the city centre and you pass plenty of enticing looking restaurants on the way.

The bedroom is very spacious. The kitchen/livingroom has plenty of room as well, we could easily spread out a blanket for our baby to play on the floor. The floor was quite chilly though. If you stay in the winter, make sure you have some slippers or fluffy socks for your feet!

Stayed here for 1 night only but could've easily stayed longer. Nice apartment with everything you need. Bit more expensive than some of the others in the area, but private parking was nice and easy.
