Rockland Cottage, Manali - Centrally Heated & Air Cooled Premium Rooms

I like the Location and Nightshift staff was very good.

I didn't like the morning staff as he was rude. There was no pre arrangements ( Towels, shampoos & Soap). I asked for 3 towels as we stayed 3 people in one room and he refused to give it. I also asked for hitting remote and they didn't even bother to provide it As it has been mentioned while I was booking on Booking.com. shower force was too low. They should have to improve their communications with the client.

Everything is excellent,Staff is very friendly cooperative,Rooms are very good 😊

Very bad experience no water and no cleanliness staff was also not helpful Will not recommend this property to anyone

The rooms heating is best catch! You get the sense of luxury here!

There are multiple properties taken care by the same management! They kept on telling us that they are understaffed and hence the delay in getting things done for us!
