Kein persönlicher Ansprechpartner Anlage mit fast 500 Einheiten und sehr vielen Eigentümern Anlage teilweise in der Kernsanierung befindlich und zahlreiche zumindest äußerlich verwahrloste Einheiten 2 verhältnismäßig kleine Pools und trotz Öffnung eines Pools keine Sitz- oder Liegemöglichkeiten Keine Sitzauflagen auf der eigenen Terrasse Gebäude sehr hellhörig, Nachtruhe wird nicht durchgesetzt Bett befindet sich im Eìngangsbereich der Wohnung in eine Ecke gedrückt, sodass die rechte Seite nur vom Fußende erreichbar ist Kein Esstisch, nur Tresen mit direktem Kopfkontakt mit der Wand, Kühlschrank ohne Gefrierfach Gehwege in einem gefährlichen Zustand, Pflastersteine liegen lose herum

Appartamento meraviglioso: pulito, ben curato e si nota l’attenzione per i dettagli. Mi è piaciuto molto il fatto che sia all’interno di una struttura privata con parcheggio interno.
