"Big Let Down"

Property location.

We were very disappointed in our stay The property was misrepresented. The unit was in disrepair. The door locks did not work, so we couldn't leave our unit for two days until it was finally fixed. No one on sight to handle issues. We were told the pool would be clean, there would be beach access, and that noise from replacing the sidewalks would be occurring in the building next to us, not ours. When we got there, there was no beach access and the pools were filled with sand. We had to listen to drilling all day right below our unit all day. Would not stay here ever again.
