Nice Living Serviced Accommodations 8 (Entire 2 Ensuite Bedroom House)

Absolutely nothing, left immediately, turned up to what was advertised as an 'entire 2 bedroom house' to find it was a shared 3 bedroom house.... dirty, spiders everywhere, other occupants in one of the rooms, rough area, mattress was a topper not a proper mattress... after a long journey still made the decision to drive another 3 and a half hours home rather than stay here !!!! Majorly FALSELY ADVERTISED !!!!!

Communication with the host was fine and the beds were comfortable and clean, but that is where the positives stop. The kitchen was absolutely filthy, it wouldn’t have even taken much to clean the crumbs etc from the surfaces, why was this not done? The oven was disgusting and the glasses were stuck to the bottom of the cupboard. Cobwebs everywhere. The toilets had not been cleaned, there were stains and pubic hairs on the seat. The place was freezing and we were told we had to wait until 7pm for the hating to come on. No iron or hairdryer as advertised, this is false advertising and should not be allowed. There was a half empty bottle of milkshake going mouldy in one of the drawers in the bedroom, vile. This place needs a deep clean before anyone else stays, never again for us. I took pictures as I noticed that the host responded to other bad reviews with ‘this does not describe the place’. This ‘house’ needs to be removed from booking.com, it is by far the worst place we have ever stayed. Don’t waste your money.

Misleading. Wrongly advertised. I didn't like a single thing

Dirty kitchen. Uncomfortable beds. Shower didn't work. Dirty floor. No towels. No ironno hair dryer which was all advertised. Host wasn't bothered. Took ages to get key

2 bathrooms, handy parking

Didn’t smell good. Kitchen needs a deep clean. No table to be able to sit and eat food.

Extremely dirty, through out, cold, washing up in sink, smelt of mould, oven amd cooker absolutely discusing, and extremely noisy neighbours, 2am 3am every night
