Amazing View Designer Home with Sauna and Jacuzzi 3 min to Opera House

Apartament zachwyca designerskim wystrojem i wyjątkowym widokiem na miasto. Sauna i jacuzzi – idealne po dniu zwiedzania. Lokalizacja doskonała – zaledwie 3 minuty spacerem do Opery, a wokół liczne restauracje i kawiarnie. Gospodarze bardzo uprzejmi i pomocni, a apartament czysty i świetnie wyposażony.

Liked the size and space offered at the apartment. Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The views are very good and the small balcony was used to great effect during our stay. The air con was excellent as the weather was particularly hot on our stay.

The washing machine was inoperable due to the door handle missing. This was a significant disadvantage for me as we usually travel light and book properties which have laundry facilities. There wasn’t really enough towels - one small-average sized bath towel for each adult and no hand towels (except those for each sink.)

Property was fine very comfortable great location just had a lot of issues with things that didn’t work there. I.e tv shower boiler

It's in an amazing building, in a great location.

Where to start. There is only one toilet despite it advertising two, when this was raised they said I must have been confused because there are two bathrooms. It literally lists toilet and additional toilet. They also said I've asked for a full refund, I asked for a partial one as we did still stay there or at least two of us did but they are dismissive and ignoring what's actually said in emails. It was dirty, very old large cobwebs. A mushroom growing in the shower that's in the main bedroom. Don't look under the bed there's an inch of dust. Hair in the jacuzzi bath, which is also unusable as the boiler doesn't work so, good luck with a shower. The main sofa is broken with a nail sticking out and there are plugs sockets hanging out the wall. It's an old building so no soundproofing (unlike what they advertise) it is in a very noisy location lots of traffic and people so you can hear it all. There is also a clocktower opposite which, warning, goes off every 15mins all day/night, if you're lucky it will go off 67 times on the hour (one of us counted) so don't expect to get much sleep unless you're a very heavy sleeper. Most of our group ended up booking hotels and we were so busy we didn't bother chasing the owners, the fact the dirt and fully grown mushroom was there showed they didn't care in the first place and what could they do about the false advertising that there was two toilets, plumb a new one in while we wait? I asked for a partial refund and they refused. So I am following up with booking.com to get one. I would not recommend it. Also avoid anything by Mr Max as our friends had similar issues with theirs.

The apartment design is very nice and the view from balcony is really good.

Better make the door lock from inside because it is necessary to use a key for lock from inside that quite not convenient. The bathroom in the main bedroom is cool but doors from 2 sides of the room cannot lock from inside. The minor bathroom with bathtub cannot lock Most of things I didn’t like are the both bathroom cannot lock, it is not secure if you travel with big family or friends that someone can open the bathroom door by accident while you take a bath

Me and the kids enjoyed the convenience of the apartment. Communication with Property management was excellent. The whole building is amazing. Along with the chic shower area in the grand bedroom and the amazing views towards the Cathedral. Will visit again! Svetoslav, Bulgariq
