The little post house. A perfect village retreat, with stunning views.

A quaint little holiday property nestled in the heart of the countryside. I must say, we were thoroughly impressed by the attention to detail in this place. The decor was tastefully done, with a rustic charm that really captured the essence of rural living. The facilities were top-notch, with a fully equipped kitchen that even had a fancy coffee machine - perfect for my morning brew. The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. But the real highlight of my stay at The Old Post House was the stunning views. We could sit for hours on the patio, sipping a glass of wine and taking in the picturesque scenery. It was truly a peaceful and serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Overall, we would highly recommend The Old Post House to anyone looking for a relaxing and idyllic getaway. It's a real gem in the countryside, and we can't wait to return for another stay. In fact, we may just have to make it a regular holiday spot - it's that good.

The property has everything you need, the additional scones along with the jam and cream was a lovely touch. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was in a great location

Absolutely everything. It’s the perfect little cottage. Short walk to the village and close to sights! Nico is so lovely! Property was clean and views were amazing. Little extras like hot water bottles made us extremely happy.

Beautifully done throughout quality fittings and furniture . Private and quiet and very friendly informative helpful host .. really happy with this break .. oh and the view is amazing plus the treats left by the host on arrival were lovely …. nice touch

The location in the village was prefect for us, away for the main harbour, but close the to a local shop and a 10 minute, if steep, walk down to the harbour. Cosy feel to the cottage and very comfortable bed. Great to have the welcome pack on arrival of local goods and a coffee machine.

There was a washing machine, but unfortunately waiting a replacement. Although I am sure most people don't imagine needing to wash anything on holiday. Probably just me, but a microwave would have been useful.

the owners didn't return any email or meet us at all , only messaged via text and them only the once, parking was diabolical and car was left in car park to village hall possibly needing to move it . no instructions to some appliances in house and wifi was only present in one area of house,all this considering the owners only live next door!!

Stunning little house with fab location for village. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and good places to eat in the village. Lovely walks that don’t require a car. Owners very helpful and live very close, but don’t intrude on space at all.

There is nothing not to like, need a certain level of fitness to walk back from village though!
