"A hidden gem. Super communication and staff."

The staff and communications were exceptional. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful with queries and very prompt to answer questions eg about entry to the apartment. It was a hidden gem. Once we organised ourselves it was very easy to get to the centre of Madrid and the train station. It was clean, modern and just what we needed. A good price and quiet at night. We would recommend the apartment and would definitely stay again if in Madrid.

El trato del personal y la limpieza, el baño también es muy cómodo.

El espacio no es para 4 personas, no está equipado para que 4 personas duerman cómodamente, lo que para nosotros es lo básico. El sofácama es muuuy incómodo, muy duro. Y está cerca de una estación de metro pero un poco más lejos del centro de lo que nos hubiera gustado.

La salle de bain malgré les saletés au sol. La cuisine bien équipée.

La literie catastrophique. Pas de petit déjeuner inclus comme indiqué mais juste un petit déjeuner d'accueil dont la quantité est insuffisante pour 4 personnes.
