"Poor, would not book again"

The property is not like the photos show and we had to pay a £300 deposit that was not mentioned before booking. We did get the money back but had to ask for it specifically.

"Exceptional"

We've stayed at this serviced accommodation more than five times now, and it has consistently exceeded my expectations. Every visit has been smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. The property is always clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully maintained. The beds are comfortable, the surroundings are peaceful, and everything you might need is already provided — making it feel like a true home away from home. The location is ideal, with easy access to local amenities, transport, and central Cambridge. The check-in process is always simple, and communication with the hosts has been excellent — they are responsive, helpful, and professional. This has become my go-to place whenever I’m in Cambridge, and I genuinely look forward to each stay. Highly recommended!

"Terrible. Our whole weekend for graduation at Cambridge was ruined."

Is this a joke? I feel like I am being gaslighted. There was no property, does it even exist? We were cancelled last minute & left high & dry.

"Lovely, well-equipped house"

We had a great stay at this clean, spacious house in a quiet Cambridge neighbourhood. The rooms are now nicely furnished, and everything was ready on arrival. It comfortably fits 5 guests, with flexible bed setups and a handy sofa bed. The host was friendly and responsive, checking in to ensure all was well. Previous issues (like check-in, missing items and etc.) have clearly been resolved. Reliable Wi-Fi, free parking for two cars, and a big garden were great extras. Excellent value and would definitely stay again!

"Bad experience"

Location

Property has a trip hazard a front door one member of our group broke his leg exiting the property. Property was no ready for our stay no shower curtain which was replace whilst we were in property. Paid extra for early check but property not ready for our stay.

"Perfect stay"

As usual, the house was clean, and our stay was perfect. After a long day, we had a good rest and a pleasant stay. Cannot recommend enough - will definitely stay again during another visit to Cambridge.
