1) Space in the room for 3 persons to stay comfortably. 2) AC / Water Heater / Drinking Water (though I did not use) / Gas Stove (though I did not use) working. 3) They mentioned no booking amount to book the property on booking.com But they charged 1000 INR which is fair. 4) The owners are good.

1) Free Checkout time extension for 2 hours is not available even on prior intimation. This is a basic requirement which they did not give. 2) Basic items like Towels are not provided. 3) Watchman does not know English / Hindi. 4) Utensils are there but they are in a pathetic condition, which cannot be used. 5) False claim of daily mop cleaning of the entire flat and bathroom cleaning on alternate days - I stayed for 8 days and they cleaned the flat for 2 days. The bathrooms were not cleaned at all. 6) False claim of bedsheets change twice a week. They did not change even one time.
