Big house, and tou have everything you need. A lot of games for the kids, ping pong, mini soccer, darts, jumping house, all functional. The kitchen has also everything you need. The owner is very king and respectful

The only thing that forcme it’s a minus is the breakfast that is basically one cappuccino and one croissant.

It was a cosy atmosphare. 🤗 We enjoyed our stay all along. We had a great time. Children loved the playing room and the HP design. Adults loved the jakuzzi and sauna. Everything was spotless clean. Thanks!

We stayed a few nights as a family with 3 children and had an amazing time. The place was much bigger than I expected. Complete privacy between the 2 big bedrooms and the game room. 4 big tvs which was a bonus we didn’t expected for entertainment. Tastefully decorate throughout - you can feel the love it took! The spa was really nice and so was the little garden next to it. The house is very well equipped with everything you need to sleep, shower and eat. All equipment is very modern and well thought through. It’s very quiet and at the same time has a few restaurants and shops within walking distance, Lecce only 10 minutes drive away and beaches from 20 minutes drive away onwards. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. He went even beyond expectations helping us find a garage at the weekend to fix an unexpected problem with our car. I definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore the neighboring area and beaches in a confortable accomodation.

Great apartment! We had even 2 coffee machines, host is extremely wonderful. Pet friendly place, our cat and dog enjoyed the garden. Atmosphere is warm and cosy, thank you very very much!
