Nothing they have shown this room on booking.com and giveing other room and they don’t even have any reception were the have to be 24*7 they comes in morning by check in time otherwise no one available there

I loved how friendly and attentive the staff were; I arrived at 5:00 am, and they were so helpful in making sure I could get some rest right away. In general, for the price, everything was fine.

The rooms are on the third and fourth floors of the building above Zahrat Demashq, but there are no signs to show where they are. The elevator was out of service.

Nothing at all; it was the worst place I ever seen. 

They are liars, and the rooms are totally different from the picture; the bed wasn't clean, and the room and bathroom were so small, there is no signal for any mobile network, and the window view was only bathroom pipes. Actually, it looks like a prison. It was a nightmare. 

It was exceptional The interior was very nice Good for value No similar service with this price and facilities

I have been waiting for your message since I started checking in. The air conditioner in the room is not working and the service is non-existent. I can't contact anyone. I need an explanation.There is no reply here. I called the owner and hung up on you. He said he would help me fix the air conditioner but he didn't. You can imagine spending a night without air conditioner in such a hot weather. The lady who first checked in said yes. Will fix it for me before I come back, but it didn't work
