The condo was lovely, with great views from the balcony, somewhat hindered by a palm tree, but still quite lovely. It was clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The walk to the beach was nice, and the kids loved collecting shells.

I called in advance to make sure there was an elevator, since I am temporarily in a wheelchair, and was assured that there was. When we arrived, it was out of order. I understand that these things happen, but would have appreciated a heads up. I called the emergency number and explained the situation, and waited in the cold for them to call back. When it became obvious that no one was going to call back, I crawled up 2 flights of stairs. I was effectively exiled to the condo and balcony for the remainder of our stay. I called the contact number during business hours, and they explained that the elevator was out and they didn’t know when it would be repaired, and there were no other units available, and the elevators were out in the other buildings as well.
