- Bathroom was very modern and spacious. - Overall apartment was super clean and spacious. - Host went above and beyond with the welcome gifts which we loved. - Host was always responsive to queries. - Area felt safe. - Kitchen had absolutely everything that we needed! - Bed was very soft and comfortable, the bedroom was super cozy too.

Home away home. House with bedroom, living room, kitchen Clean and safe. Host were so nice, kind, understanding and welcoming.

Bed and pillow were too soft. Linen pillows and covers would be better. Someones lives upstairs. I can hear the sound their walking around and stepping downstairs clearly. Maybe they can hear us.

Such an amazing place for the price. Such an easy access to the apartment and had a bunch of snacks left for us.

The property had absolutely everything you needed, it was like a home away from home! Clean, spacious, perfect location to get in and around London. The hosts were absolutely incredible and were on the end of phone if there was any queries. Would definitely stay here again when visiting London

Everything was great about this place. It was clean and I had everything I needed for my stay. I have stayed in a lot of places in Harrow this is the best place to stay. Neighborhood was quiet, and so many shops nearby from grocery shopping to retail therapy shopping.

The location was a quick walk to both the bus stops and the Harrow and Wealdstone station. Self check in was easy, coming and going as needed was not a problem, and the host was prompt to respond to any questions. When the water heater seemed to be not working, Sean arrived quickly and resolved the issue, and I had no other problems during my stay. Kitchen had enough cookware to let me make a quick breakfast in the mornings and a couple of big meals to last for several dinners during my 2wks in the city. Once I got the LED under-cabinet lights figured out, they provided just enough "night light" for walking from the living room area to the bedroom at night without needing to turn on all the overhead lights again. Plenty of storage in the bedroom for my things, plenty of towels provided, and the bathtub was a blessing after each day of walking for several hours. The Bluetooth "smart mirror" let me listen to podcasts or music while in the bath, as well. The bathroom windows helped keep the temperature inside regulated on warmer days, too.

These few small items are just my personal experiences, but none of them are significant enough to warrant a negative review of the property. Other travelers may not find them any issue at all. Being an American on their first trip overseas, it took me a minute to figure out how to use the shower, the washer, the oven, the microwave, the different trash bins, etc. but that was just my own learning curve. Seasoned travelers would likely not have those challenges, but having directions on hand might be helpful for any other future guests like me who are new to European appliances and how they work. Most notably for me, I found the bed was almost *too* soft. I slept comfortably, but the squish of the mattress was such that I lost all my pillows behind the headboard every night and had to put the sheets back on the corners every morning. I also use a CPAP machine, and it was a challenge to find a power outlet near the bed that my machine could reach with also needing the power adapter. An extra power strip near the beside tables would have been helpful for me for my particular stay.

The property was very clean and everything was perfect! I really recommend!
