All the hotel staff was incredible, and that really made a difference between other hotels in hurghada. Specially Mussa, that works in the reception, was amazing. He was always ready to answer all of our questions with a smile, solved all of our problems within minutes and he was so involved.

房間被免費升級為3人房，房間浴室都很大，免費提供的早餐很豐富，還可以送至房間，員工友善，服務非常專業，飯店在巷內很安靜，走出巷口就是胡爾加達最熱鬧的路段，很多很多商店跟餐廳

我們的房間門口剛好是隔壁的浴室窗口，早上出門前隔壁剛好在淋浴窗戶沒關，我們都嚇到了

Staff were very friendly. We ate the breakfast and lunch and it was good and tasty. Don’t come with high expectations, it’s a 1 star hotel. It’s decent if you need a room just to shower, eat something and sleep. The staff is the highest plus of this hotel!

Cleanliness could be a bit better and the noise was awful. Hotel is close to a heavy traffic street and the noise did not stop until around 2 AM.

Asmaa is very professional manager of the hotel. In june i will be back11111

Then you have Michael the man from the bar serving you nice drinks. On top of this you have the hidden lady's on the background Hannah and Aml the wizards of cleaning. They do not give you only professional kindness. But they give kindness by the heart they make you feel at home and comfortable.
