Please note that we do not serve alcohol. In the event of a no-show or early departure, the guest will be charged the full amount of the reservation. This policy applies regardless of the reason for the change in plans. The hotel reserves the right to remove any luggage left in the room or common areas on the day of departure. To ensure smooth check-out, we kindly ask that all personal belongings be collected before your designated departure time. Any items remaining after check-out may be subject to removal and storage at the guest's expense. Flammable substances such as candles, bakhoor, cigarettes and s shisha are strictly prohibited in the rooms. If you break this rule, you will be subject to an OMR 100 fee to the cleaning and air purifying required. If you would like to smoke, please do so in the designated areas outdoors. In respect and observance of the Holy Month of Ramadan, in line with the cultural and religious values of our country, please be advised that the swimming pool facilities will be temporarily closed from 19 February to 18 March 2026. The property offers complimentary valet parking for all guests. And free buggy car drop-off service to Al Araimi Boulevard Mall.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
