Noise also lacking comfy beds especially in 2nd bedroom, fold out bed is hard. Lacking cleanliness, yet comfy enough for a short stay. Outdoor pool closed during stay so no laying in sun enjoying a swim. Overall value for money regardless.

The host is very accommodating and wonderful to deal with ! The staff are truly so kind. The location is excellent ! Close to all amenities such as restaurants, malls , pharmacies, bank machines and even a quick uber ride to Intramuros. We recommend eating at peri peri chicken just 2 minutes away as it’s absolutely delicious! The only negative thing I would say is that if you are a light sleeper this place is not for you. Every night loud music comes on around 8pm and goes till at least 4am. The host does provide ear plugs but even with that the sound travels and can be very disturbing. But if you like to party then this would suit you just fine.

Very good place to stay, and the person in charge is very responsive.

No parking. We have to look for a parking everyone which is such a hassle.

Our host was very accommodating and helpful. The location is in the part of Makati that is near all the best places to eat. We all had to work during our stay and the WiFi was very good.

The place was clean when we arrived. A note with all the house rules is provided in the living room including who to contact in case of emergency. Photos in the listing are 100% accurate from what you'll see. The place has a wi-fi with a speed test peaking at 300 Mbps. Beds are comfy. The host is very accommodating and would answer queries fast. I would recommend this place for those travelling for work.
