Beautiful old house with great views. The apartment is very spacious and within easy reach of main of the main attractions in the Douro. Be sure to visit the vineyard at the bottom of the hill!

It's a very cute traditional 3 bedroom stone house with beautiful views. The description doesn't show that it's an independent 3 bedroom apartment. You just have to pick how many will stay but it can accommodate 5 people as there are 2 doubles and 1 single. I liked that the kitchen was more modern considering the home is reflecting a traditional old style which adds to its charm and is styled that way on purpose. We loved the privacy and sun we got on the kitchen terrace. The front terrace is gorgeous.. It's very clean and the bedroom closet is beautiful!!

The bathroom could do with some updating but it's not ugly. It works. The water pressure is good.

Very spacious and clean property which was furnished to a high standard and had an old fashioned charm and a great view over the surrounding countryside. The housekeeper, Elsa, gave us a warm welcome and explained where everything was even though her English was as limited as our Portuguese. She also provided some fresh vegetables from her garden which was a nice bonus. Overall we had an excellent and comfortable stay which we wished could have been longer.

I don't think there was anything which we didn't like.

Very home-like location. Old, over 300 years old building. Relatively modern inside. Three bedrooms, large kitchen. Nice outdoor spaces. Really makes you feel like part of the landscape. Great value.
