The apartment is comfortable, spacious, in the form of a duplex, but the stairs do not have a railing, so it is not practical if you are traveling with small children. The location is good, if you use walking for sightseeing. Everything is automated, so contact with the owner is almost non-existent. The owner is not distinguished by his kindness, and is not even in the mood to answer a message, but directs you to a conversation with automated messages from booking. Overall, you won't be dissatisfied with the accommodation, but in the area of tourism, the owner could show a little more patience and goodwill.

Hygiene was on the verge of acceptability, and the French beds were the smallest size.

Excellent location, ideal for exploring Budapest. The apartment was very quiet and we did not hear any noise from the bar across the street (Hoff House directly opposite, a great place for a burger if you have hungry teenagers!!) The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Owner very helpful with recommendations etc. We were met by Julcsi who was also happy to answer our questions about the city. Spar shop right next door and e-scooters available right outside if you fancy getting around a bit quicker. Close to the Opera metro station although we didn't use it as we preferred to explore on foot. Due to being ground floor, there was not a lot of natural light coming in, but it didn't feel dark or dingy at all, in fact this was probably an advantage during our stay as it was 30 degrees outside but the apartment stayed cool. I would definitely recommend this lovely apartment.

There was nothing not to like. Although I will mention that I wouldn't recommend this apartment for families with small children due to the open stairs and the windows that open from the upstairs bedrooms into the living area.

It would be good to brief clearly, two bathrooms, including one bathtub. And one toilet is separated from the bathroom.

Very central location, walking distance from all.

Apartment was not enough pre-heated before arrival in February, it was very cold when we arrived. Not nice when you travel with kids. Quiet sleep- not really unfortunately. Very noisy neighbours-we heard loud music over midnight. Sounded like from night club next to our bedroom. Also there was noise from old house elevator. Missing glasses in kitchen. There was only one glass for 5 people...

Lovley centeral location, shop just round the corner (SPAR)! Easy check in!

Theres a night club next door so loud music is playing till 4am When we got in the property we had to wait 5-6hours for the boiler to heat up water so we can shower
