Location was perfect to visit Lucca and arrive and leave by train. Also close for bike hire. Very large apartment and can hear noise at night from street below. Although we slept well

Bed mattress needs replacing

Huge apartment right in the middle of town, just a few steps from shops, bars and restaurants. Not too far from the car parks either.

Lack of kitchen sockets for us to plug in the provided microwave and kettle. What's the point of having them if you can't use them? There was quite a bit of noise on Friday and Saturday nights from the bar underneath.

Parking close by, lift, close to Mura & Centro

The bedroom is on the first floor corner. It is above a bar that is open till after 1am. and another on the other corner. They play loud techno music and the patrons conversations can be clearly heard with windows and shutters closed. And then the cleanup afterwards. There is black mould in the foyer. The adapter didn’t fit the outlets, except for one near the floor. Nothing was done to correct this. The plates and glasses had old food on them. There was no tea towel. Several lightbulbs were not working. Dark even in the daytime, with the shutters open.

This apartment is in the best location. It is a good size too and very comfortable.

If staying here and self-catering then bring everything you need as there is no starter pack, like salt. Or just eat in the cafes around, there is no shortage.
