Great location beautiful property

Front access lane bin smells only real issue this is not a complaint just observation

Fantastic location, with plenty of facilities, the only problem, the large sofa in the living room stunk of dogs, which you could smell as soon entering the property, bought 3 cans of spray, which helped a bit, it stopped us using.

Low ceilings with no warning when booking this- a family of 6ft people kept banging heads! Bit grubby everywhere Most irritating part was the poor information about which key was required for the lock up garage. This information needs to be sent with the directions info. Info folder needs updating too.

Generally a great location overall (1 min for. Unfortunately it is in a back alley and the bins there are a bit smelly when you leave the property. The back windows are overlooking a parking lot.

Great location on flat level, close to harbour and beach, very near Tate St.Ives, Barbara Hepworth Museum and also other well known galleries. A bus ride away from the internationally renowned from Bernard Leach Pottery. Whatever the shortfall in accommodation was .ore than made up for by location. Would like to go back in September but no availability. It is also near restaurants. The Sloop Inn is yards Way.

Steps up would be dufficult/impossible for disabled, not mentioned in description. Not enough ventilation in main bedroom.
