Ben Ohau Views On The Drive

Beautifully presented house. Warm, clean, comfortable.

Maybe some tea bags and milk would have been nice after a long drive to get there…but this was a small issue.

The rooms nice and clean, the location very good, and the host very friendly.

Nice place with fabulous view

Very clean and the facilities are quite new. The heating system is a wall-mounted radiator, which was more than ample. The hosts were considerate enough to turn on the heating before we arrived, so the house was nice and warm as soon as we walked in. The beds were quite spacious, and the mattresses were rather firm, which was friendly for people needing back support.

The only discrepancy from our understanding was the number of toilets. There are 4 bedrooms, but only one master bedroom comes with a private bathroom and toilet. The other three bedrooms need to share one toilet and shower (the toilet and bathroom are separate). This was a bit inconvenient for four families with seven people group (three couples, and one single person), so please communicate in advance when making the booking.

It is great to stay in a property that is equally as nice if not better than your own. We felt at home.
