Kids enjoyed the pool and outdoors We got to cook our own food

Lacks toiletries We hope the slippers provided were not the used rubber slippers, it would have been better if they were the disposable ones. Same goes for the toilet paper and paper towels as well as kitchen cleaning materials, it would have been better if fresh ones were provided.

The sofa is nice. The tv setup is nice, clean (smarty). Cozy, spacious, quiet, homey, clean. Humidifier (but no oils).

Bothering, Persistent about asking for payment and extension. Curtains doesn’t accommodate night owls. The internet they provide is slow, or unusable. The service for globe and smart for internet access is poor.

Everything you need is in there. And feels like extension of our home. Just bring extra blanket if you are two or three in the room. Wifi connection is superb. Staff are also friendly.
