Extreme Central - Luxy Stay

Very nice location, next to everything. Quite even if it is next to all the clubs/bars. A big place to put our stuff for the weekend. Very nice.

La stanza non era molto pulita: il primo giorno abbiamo trovato una quantità preoccupante di peli (corporei?) nelle lenzuola e sulle pareti del bagno, oltre a polvere e sporcizia sugli scaffali; per non parlare dello scarafaggio che ha razzolato sul pavimento del bagno durante il nostro soggiorno.

I am shocked by the service. Guests reported that the bedding was dirty and full of hair. They sent me a video. I immediately informed the accommodation (around 10 p.m.), they told me that they could bring new bed linen only tomorrow, despite my insistence that they bring it immideately. At midnight, host said that she would still bring it, but my guests fell asleep and that was not possible. Host promised me that will bring it tomorrow during the day. The next day, I reminded her several times not to forget to bring bed linen, she didn't bring it until midnight on the second day. My guests were forced to wander outside because they had nowhere to sleep. On the third night, there is no internet. I contacted the accommodation, no answer.

Location exellent, airport bus stops/leaves 50/200 meters away. Countless bars,shops outside of front gate of the house.Flat very modern,very clean,bed very pleasent for sleeping.Smallish,but well equipped.Quiet(my flat was inside facing tve courtyard).

Prezzo veramente conveniente e posizione ottima.

Appartamento molto piccolo e in un complesso di appartamenti molto vecchio e non ben tenuto (l’appartamento in sé invece è molto bello e nuovo).

Unfortunately, during our three-night stay, almost none of the electrical outlets were working for most of the time. This might have been just an unfortunate coincidence, but still — for nearly the entire stay, we couldn't use the sockets. As a result, the fridge and hairdryer didn’t work, and we couldn’t charge our phones or other devices. The host was always in touch and promised to fix the issue, but it was only resolved right before our departure. To be fair, we were offered partial compensation as I requested, but it was a very small amount — around 10% of the total cost — which I believe was insufficient considering the inconvenience. For this reason, I’m giving a neutral rating. I hope this was just a one-time issue and not something typical, but due to the situation, I can't give a higher score.
