Absolutely everything !! Fantastic pool, large room with terrace facing the pool, very good breakfast, close to Follonica and the several mile long beach.

Great staff they really try hard to make your stay pleasant

Room very small, they had to put the fridge instead of one of nightstand…nothing to hang clothes or bath suits. The room had a strong smell of cheap bleach that basically stayed for nearly two days

The swimming pool was really nice! Free parking and location was good. The apartments are fully equipped with everything what you need.

The whole accomodation is old, the owner or management do not do small services around the accomodation. In our appartment, toilete was broken, walls were dirty and the general impression was that accomodation is unmaintained. When you stay longer, nobody is doing “room-service” or changing of towels. The reception and breakfast place is dirty! The quality of the food by breakfast is low and you need to use dirty cups and plastic cutlery. They put the advertisement on the wall that they are sustainable and with giving hosts plastic cutlery… no way.

"Superb"

Beautiful residence located few kilometers from Follonica and the coast. It has a quite wide swimming pool, lots of parking slots and space outside. The basic room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was "Italian style" that for us was perfect but some foreigners could have some complains. The residence is easy reachable by car, probably it is not so simple to reach it with public transportation. I recommend this residence!

The hotel has a beautiful pool area that is perfect for kids. Plenty of sunbeds. Large rooms an apartments. Very friendly staff and good breakfast. Walking distance to the restaurants in the yacht harbour. Only a short drive to the city centre and the most popular beaches. I will definitely stay there if I'm ever in the area again. Free parking on the hotel grounds.

The rooms are not cleaned every day, but you can ask for cleaning, fresh towels and sheets and, for a reasonable charge, that can be fixed.
