Kemin keskustassa on joka paikkaan lyhyt matka. Tämä asunto on siis sijainniltaan erinomainen olitpa menossa minne tahansa. Sijainti ydinkeskustan laidalla tekee asunnosta rauhallisen. Kokonsa puolesta asunto sopii parhaiten kahdelle hengelle. Oma autopaikka sisäpihalla on plussaa.

Asunnossa ei ole säilytys- tai laskutilaa matkatavaroille. Tämä voi olla ongelma varsinkin, jos kaikki viisi mahdollista makuupaikkaa ovat käytössä.
