受付時に暗証番号を伝えてもらえずに、再度窓口へ行ったが、お詫びもなく対応が気に入らない。また雨であったので喫煙場所の屋根を出してもらうよう伝えたが、結局出してもらえず、、、 受付のスタッフの対応には、不満だったが、その他は、問題なし。

冷凍食品、1人一つもらえます。 宿の鍵以外の設備には特に不満はありません。
鍵がなんだか面倒でした。 入室に失敗すると、防犯ブザーみたいなのが数分なっています。はっきり言ってうるさいです。 なかなか上手く鍵が開けられず(説明どうりに操作してるのに…)何回も管理棟に足を運びました。
