"Very bad experience."

I request for non smoking room during booking online, but they give us a room with very strong smoke smell once we step in the room, and saw the bed was untidy like someone has lay on the bed after their housekeeping before we check in. immediately we go down complaint to the counter then only they give us another room. The 2nd room given also with broken curtain, and smelly air cond when we slow down the air cond to medium speed with 24C. When we call the hp number in the confirmation booking email, that person told us he is not the Hotel but is the owner of the property and ask us go down to the counter to make a complaint. We are tired after long journey drive so we didn't go again to ask for change the room. Very bad experience.

The room is nice

1. The hotel or the receptionist don't clarify earlier about the parking rate. We have to pay total of rm33 for one night (c/in Friday c/out Saturday). There is no complimentary parking or one-rate price for the hotel customer. If the hotel management said u can get season pass or it is because third party parking service, it is not a solution. You can always make an agreement with the third party for a better solution or parking rate for your customer. Plus, season pass usually is monthly basis, why should we get it if we are planning to stay 1 or 2 nights? 2. At 11am+, the cleaner guy tried to open the door. That incident shocked us, coz the c/out time is at 12pm. The hotel should train the cleaner to do not disturb customer up until 12pm. Really disappointed with this incident. 3. No air conditioning at the hotel lobby, open air concept 😅. Not as exclusive as in the photo gallery.
