Staff switched on the Aircon before my arrival to vent and cool the room

Self-Claimed to be a 4 or 5 stars but nothing from this is near to 2 stars.

The hotel room was comfortable and clean.

1. The receptionist is not friendly and helpful at all. 2. I stayed for 3 nights, the parking charge is about RM70. And it is not covered by the hotel after us paying so much for the hotel stay. 3. The parking area is very shabby with poor lighting. I am a bit disappointed for a three stars hotel like this.

It's value for money. Rooms were clean. Excellent stay throughout. Except for the staff. Tried to overcharge my 6 hours extension. And also for the gym usage. One person says it's free. Another said it's for a fee of RM30.

Clean, cozy, quiet and comfortable spacious room.

Parking extremely expensive. Checked in around 8pm and checked out around 11.30am the next day and costs me RM22.50 for parking fee.

It was where I had to be at that day, so it was convenient. The view is nice Easy check in and check out process

It was the same price as high-floor-rooftop-pools hotels in KL, but had no pool, was in a construction area with limited access to food places. Some small things need attention, like there was no soap, I couldn’t find how to switch off the purple light, there’s no curtain in the shower There were not enough pictures on booking For the same price it’s better to rent something with cooking surface
