- Location, location, location. Gandaria is the mid-point between Pondok Indah and Kebayoran Baru, great spot as the starting point exploring South Jakarta. Seamless connection to Gandaria City Mall is a plus! - The Apartment layout is perfect for families.

- The fact that the operator asking us to “hush hush” with the reception does not give us much comfort. Is this legal? Is everything ok? - All the communication with the operator are done remotely via whatsapp. It is all good, if everything is well. When there is something wrong happening, it’s a bit tricky, and slow. For example: 1. The operator’s Netflix account had payment problem when we’re trying to log in. It took a long and painful back-and-forth texting via whatsapp to sort it out. 2. The hot water took a while to heat up. When this happened, it was early in the morning, and I suspected the operator’s whatsapp has not start their operating hour yet. Took a while to get answer. 3. Water were dripping from the aircon, and the operator kindly offered us to arrange a service person to fix it. At this point, we did not bother to coordinate with them because it already took up a chunck of our leisure time

Very nice apartment. Super clean !!

Mothball smell in bathrooms is a bit too strong.
