"Very helpful and with a smile"

All members of staff were delightful, they couldn't be more helpful from getting me a beer to getting a taxi when required , they even had an electric fan in the room ,10/10 in my book

"A pile of dog shit"

Location

There were two dogs roaming about outside. They turned out to belong to other guests. One of the dogs had a big smelly shit on the landing of the third floor. The polite East European receptionist didn’t seem to have a handle on managing the guests.

"Decent"

Big room, clean. Everything you need for 1 night stay.

Breakfast for £12 was awful. Sausages and dry scrambled egg were not eadible.

The location

Bathroom not very clean. Curtains would not close - one was stuck together! Fan in room did not work properly.
