Walpole View - Pet Friendly

Lovely apartment nice location short walk to beach and shops. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Lovely walk along coast to Broadstairs. Margate itself a bit run down but within easy reach of Canterbury and other seaside resorts so good base for exploring the region

The owner was initially quite responsive and sent detailed of check in etc which went smoothly. We asked if it would be possible to stay for an additional night but got no response so booked elsewhere. After checking out and emptying bins as instructed we received a rather aggressive message from our host blaming us for blocking the sink with yoghurt of all things. In actual fact the sink was very slow to drain and the sink filled with coffee grounds etc when the dishwasher was running. There wasn’t any plunger so we were unable to unblock sink. I explained this to our host but she suggested we should have scraped out the sink. Very odd behaviour not sure if we got her on a bad day. Unfortunate but certainly won’t be coming back

This is a fantastic, calming, spacious, light and airy property right by the sea. The building is beautiful and has a lovely vibe.

lovely property, main bedroom and living area were spacious and well appointed. Check in process was easy.

Location was good, took about 15 minutes to walk into main town. Apartment was very clean and tidy, with all the things you could need for a stay away from home.

Lovely property, nicely decorated and spacious and perfect for a weekend away with doggy’s. Near the beach and very comfortable.

All information was provided in an email and was easy to use the code to get the key, we arrived rather late but our host had provided milk with plenty of tea and coffee in addition to a lovely bottle of wine. The apartment was spacious, the decor was really lovely, the beds were comfortable and the bed linen was to die for. We took our dogs which was perfect for them. The beach is a short walk away, with a green area outside the apartment so plenty of room to exercise them. We had a small issue with the water but our host was fantastic and did everything and more in her ability to get it sorted, we couldn't have asked for more, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be staying again if they'll have us.

We were really happy with everything in the apartment and can not think of anything that we didn't like.

I love how new, modern and cosy the rooms were. I adored the colours of all the different rooms so much so I asked the owner and have bought the same colour paint for my study!!!!! Wonderful design and interior design loved the fact it’s dog friendly and so close to the beach loads of cooking utensils loved the bathrooms such a lovely stay

Maybe abit more clarity on which building it is. it’s the black door with stairs leading to it, cannot miss it!!

The property is excellent, cosy and feels welcoming. It is a perfect stay for the holidays.

Beautiful house and perfect location. We especially loved the design and comfort.

It would have been really good to have some blankets in the living room but it’s a small detail :)
