The house is clean and got a nice view. Decent price. Parking area is big.

The 3rd person need sleep on sofa bed, the mattress cover is not big enough to cover the sofa bed. Need wait longer period for the lift as the room is located at the highest floor.

I was here for a 5-day event at Setia City Convention Centre and it was very close and convenient. The host was very responsive before and throughout the stay. There was detergent provided for the washing machine which was very convenient. Everything seems newish - maybe we were the first customers to stay. Wifi provided was great too! Perfect for 2-3 people.

The House is quite comfortable and same as photos.

The parking is difficult to find and the parking lot is quite far from the lift. The parking when turn up also is quite narrow so need to drive careful, When wan to check out need to go out the area and take around 7 mins to come back the lobby, don’t have a way to direct go lobby easy.

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay unit! The owner provided prompt responses and clear guidance for check-in, which made the process seamless. They also showed genuine concern for our comfort during our stay. The facilities are all brand new, including a washing machine, which was a great convenience. Overall, it's a fantastic unit that I would highly recommend!

I recently stayed in this studio apartment, and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience! The place was spotlessly clean, and everything inside was arranged to feel super cozy and welcoming. It had all the essentials covered – from an iron to an induction cooker, washing machine, and microwave, which made it really convenient. The Google TV was a nice touch for unwinding, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Perfect for a relaxing stay – I’d definitely come back!
