Comfortable and clean. Great pool and gym, building is very nice and safe. 15 min walk to the mall or take a grab. Nice place to stay for a longer period of time too or for example for working remote, fast wifi too.

The apartment room is located on the top floor in Tower A. The size of the apartment is okay / acceptable. I've seen an apartment much smaller than this one. The WiFi connection was relatively fast, but sometimes we experienced slow connection during the day (not sure why). The bath towels were clean. The bedrooms were clean as well. Kitchen utensils were also provided. An extra gallon of mineral water was also provided. A complimentary carpark was also provided (although I never used it). The host was helpful and fast in responding for any queries I had via WhatsApp. Refund was processed quickly after checking out.

Although the apartment is close to the Paskal 23 mall, but there isn't a shortcut to get there by foot. If you choose to walk to get to Paskal 23 Mall, it would take you a good 15 minutes walks thru bad walking paths. The most convenient way was to call GoCar or Grab Car, but traffics were a nightmare.

A nice apartment with two bedrooms and good kitchen amenities. The pool was massive and there was a library with books in English as well. There was a gym but I didn't use it. The location was in the middle of a residential area. We walked all ways out and there are plenty of warungs to eat at. There is also a mall over the other side of the train lines with lots of food options.

We had issues with netflix but this was quickly resolved. There were a few other small issues but I have passed these onto the management who were responsive via WhatsApp.

The host was very helpful and fast response when we asked any help.
